Agreement and operator
By accessing or using Tadswap, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and AML/KYC and Sanctions Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the interface. References to "Tadswap," "we," or "us" mean Tadswap Ltd.
What Tadswap provides
Tadswap is a non-custodial software interface that can compare third-party exchange quotes, prepare DEX transaction requests, and redirect users to hosted fiat checkout services. Tadswap does not hold wallet private keys, sign transactions for users, or guarantee that a provider will accept or settle a request.
Eligibility and restricted use
You may use the interface only if you:
- are at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement;
- are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting for a prohibited jurisdiction or sanctioned person;
- are using assets and wallets you are legally authorized to control; and
- comply with applicable tax, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and consumer laws.
We may restrict a route, request additional information, or disable access where required by law, provider policy, abuse prevention, or security controls.
Your transaction instructions
You are responsible for verifying the asset, network, amount, destination wallet, refund wallet, memo or tag, provider, contract, token approval, slippage setting, and wallet prompt before proceeding. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Do not send funds after a quote or deposit instruction has expired.
Third-party services
Exchange providers, DEX protocols, RPC operators, wallet software, fiat providers, payment processors, and blockchains are independent third parties. Their terms, privacy notices, fees, eligibility rules, and compliance checks apply in addition to these terms. Tadswap does not control their uptime, liquidity, transaction acceptance, or recovery decisions.
Compliance, AML, and KYC
Tadswap is a non-custodial interface and does not normally perform identity verification for route discovery. An executing exchange, payment, or fiat provider may require identity, sanctions, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, or other compliance information before accepting, settling, releasing, or refunding a transaction.
You must not use Tadswap to evade sanctions, geographic restrictions, provider controls, or applicable law. We may limit access, decline a route, or preserve information where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a valid request from an authority.
Quotes, fees, and settlement
Quotes are time-limited estimates unless expressly identified as fixed. Floating output can change before settlement. The review screen shows any Tadswap service fee applied to the selected route; provider, payment, gas, and network costs may be reflected separately or in the quoted output. A displayed quote is not a promise that a transaction will execute at that amount.
Wallet and DEX transactions
You remain in control of your wallet. Tadswap may prepare approval and swap call data, but your wallet presents and signs the final request. Review the verifying contract, spender, amount, calldata, value, chain, and gas estimate. Consider revoking allowances that you no longer need.
Fiat checkout
Fiat purchases are completed on a provider-hosted checkout. The provider, not Tadswap, determines payment methods, identity checks, limits, exchange rates, fees, refunds, chargeback treatment, and final transaction eligibility. Do not enter payment credentials on a page that is not an approved provider domain.
No advice and taxes
Tadswap does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether a route is appropriate and for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes or duties arising from your activity.
Availability and warranties
The interface is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free quotes, provider performance, token authenticity, smart contract security, or recovery of assets sent incorrectly. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tadswap is not responsible for losses caused by market movement, user instructions, compromised wallets, third-party services, blockchain conditions, malicious tokens, smart contracts, outages, or events outside our reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent it is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms, modify features, or suspend access for legal, security, operational, or provider reasons. The effective date and version identify the current document. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to mandatory rights that apply in your place of residence.
